I offer a variety of personal training services, such as:

Perhaps you want to train to hike a 14er this year, make it up that hill in your backyard, run your first 5K, half or full marathon, or you may want to tone-up a bit.
Whether you want to workout in your home or on the trail, together we can create a program that works for you and your lifestyle. And, if I do not have the service you need, I will help you find someone who does.
To provide you even more flexibility, I work with individuals and small groups. Rates can be customized based on the frequency we meet, and the size of the group.
Individuals
$50 a session (5-7 a month $45/session, 8+ a month $40/session)
Groups: 2-4
$60 a session
Groups: 5-6
$80 a session
Groups: 7+
$15 each participant (minimum $105)
Rates are for locations in the Boulder area. For distances greater than 20 miles from north Boulder, add $5 a session. For distances greater than 30 miles, add $10 a session.
